FEEDBACK ON THE SAUNA CEREMONY

Here is feedback from a wonderful indulgent sauna experience:

Reception:

Sanna welcomed us to the sauna ceremony by checking if anyone had allergies and reminding us to speak up immediately if anything came up during the session or if a break was needed. From the very start, we felt safe, seen, and in the hands of a true professional.

Sauna Ceremony:

The ceremony gracefully blended letting go of the old with embracing new ideas, wishes, and dreams. The narrative flow was captivating, and pauses were perfectly timed to enhance the sauna experience. Sanna paid careful attention to each participant, connecting all of us to timeless traditional wisdom and the ongoing lineage of women's saunas.

Personal Feedback:

• Anna: It was a mystical yet collective experience, where my own self could step aside. It resonated deeply with my current life situation, offering a sense of release and fulfillment.

• Suvi: The honey absorbed directly into the skin. Overall, a truly lovely experience—I'm already looking forward to the next time!

• Hanna: I am speechless with gratitude. Sanna was knowledgeable and calm, allowing me to fully enjoy the experience as a participant.

• Reeta: This was more than just sauna bathing; through the energy, I felt healed on a spiritual level as well.

Conclusion:

At the end, our hearts and dreams were gathered and offered as thanks to the sauna spirit. In line with tradition, gratitude was expressed aloud: thanks to the sauna heater, the water bearer, the stove stones, and especially to Sanna. The closing was beautiful and clear.

Materials Used:

Sanna had meticulously prepared all materials for the sauna: various birch, rowan, juniper, lime, oak, willow, and spruce branches, natural herbal baths, bath salts, and honey. The honey left the skin feeling nourished and soft.

The sauna water was special—Sanna's own secret blend.

Additionally, the songs used during the ceremony enhanced the storytelling and overall experience.
