Aistien Keho – Gentle Yoga for Deep Balance

Aistien Keho offers calming and body-balancing yoga that invites you to pause, soften, and truly listen to yourself.

My focus is on Yin Yoga, nervous system–supportive mind–body practices, and somatic movement — where breath, presence, and gentle motion meet and melt together.

My guidance is slow, sensory-based, and compassionate. Together we explore how the world feels through the whole body. Self-care and nurturing well-being with mindful presence are key themes in every class.

Alongside soft movement, sessions may include elements such as:
• Drum rhythms and sound bowls
• EFT tapping techniques
• Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative guided rest

I also offer Sauna Yoga, practiced in mild warmth (max 50°C / 122°F). It supports both body and mind, helps prevent overuse injuries, and keeps joints and muscles happy. Sauna Yoga is suitable for everyone — regardless of age or fitness level.

You are warmly welcome to experience how gentle movement, warmth, and the senses come together to create holistic well-being.

Embodied Nature – Yoga with the Senses Awake

Sensing in nature and supporting body awareness are close to my heart.
Both outdoors and on the mat, I emphasize space for presence — moments where body and mind can simply be.

Sensory Yoga can take place in the heart of nature or indoors.
Yin Yoga is a calm, gentle practice that invites deep release.
Yoga Nidra guides you into the state between sleep and wakefulness — a powerful form of restoration that can feel like several hours of deep sleep.

All of these practices are suitable for everyone — no previous experience needed.

Private Sessions & Nature Classes

I offer custom classes for groups both outdoors and indoors.
We also organize Wellness Weekends at cottages in collaboration with Hyvinvointipalvelut Pihlaja — including yoga and a traditional peat sauna ritual.
We can also come to your chosen location on request.

Rhythms of Well-Being — Drum, Breath & Emotional Balance

The frame drum (rumpu, kannus) has a deep place in Finnish tradition.
Its pulse resonates through the body — a rhythm our DNA remembers. The vibration of the drum helps the body relax more deeply and supports overall well-being.

I use large, adjustable light drums that create rich, grounding sound waves.
These may be incorporated into classes and relaxation moments to enhance the experience.

Breathwork – Pranayama

Breathing practices are an essential part of yoga.
They calm the nervous system, increase presence, and support physical and emotional wellness.
Soft, guided breathwork is integrated naturally into sessions.

EFT Tapping — Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a powerful self-care method originally developed for therapeutic use.
By tapping gently on specific acupressure points, it can help:

• Release emotional tension
• Reduce stress and overwhelm
• Support nervous system balance

If you're curious about how drum rhythms, breath, and tapping can deepen your well-being, feel free to ask for more information — or request a tailored group session.
