Responsibility at Aistien Keho

At Aistien Keho, responsibility means respecting nature, preserving the Finnish sauna tradition, and creating safe and present encounters with clients. My goal is to offer wellness and sauna experiences that support the wellbeing of both people and the environment.

My services include traditional sauna guiding, different sauna programs and ceremonies, individual sauna treatments, traditional cupping, and sauna yoga. The activities take place in cooperation with local sauna businesses in nature-based sauna environments. Relaxation services are also offered.

Nature

Nature is an essential part of Aistien Keho's activities. Natural materials such as sauna whisks and herbs are used in the sauna, always responsibly and with respect for nature.

Developing as a Responsible Tourism Operator

Aistien Keho continuously develops its operations to become more responsible and is part of the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) path.

In my work I follow, for example:

  • cross-selling through the Johku booking system

  • customer feedback for service development

At Aistien Keho, I am committed to operating in a way that respects the wellbeing of nature, people, and the local community. My services are based on Finnish sauna traditions, natural materials whenever possible, and safe guidance. I continuously develop my operations to be more responsible and participate in the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) path.

Achievements

My work is based on preserving Finnish sauna culture and traditions. Together with the Finnish Traditional Sauna Practitioners Association (Perinnesaunottajat ry), we develop and bring sauna traditions and old folk heritage into the present day.

Together with the association, I participate in various events such as the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival and the World Sauna Forum, where we present sauna traditions through different sauna services.
