The Story of Aistien Keho – Sauna-Sanna
Far in the North, in the quiet forests of Finland and along its lakeshores, there has always been a place for restoration — the sauna.
Long before modern wellness trends, Finns turned to the sauna to pause, breathe, and listen to their bodies. In the gentle heat, nature is always present: the scent of fresh birch whisks, the soft hiss of water on hot stones, the stillness of the lake, and the silence of the surrounding forest.
The sauna has never been just about washing.
It is a place to pause.
To breathe.
To return to the body's natural rhythm. From this ancient tradition, Aistien Keho was born.
I am a traditional sauna guide — Sauna-Sanna — bringing this heritage into the present through experiences where the senses awaken and the nervous system can truly relax.
Each moment weaves together the essential elements of Finnish sauna culture:
heat and steam, the therapeutic touch of sauna whisks, natural scents, breath, sound, and silence.
More than wellness — this is a journey of the senses.
A return to something simple, yet deeply meaningful —
presence and connection with your own body.
Welcome to experience the traditions of the North, in the Finnish Lakeland.

My story
Nature has always been my place of grounding — its silence, rhythm, and presence have guided me since childhood. I am someone who values authenticity and connection, and I meet people from the heart rather than through small talk.
Yoga became a turning point on my path. Through it, I discovered a way to soften the nervous system, deepen body awareness, and understand the healing power of touch — both in nature and in my work with others.
I am 43 years old and a mother of three. For over 13 years, I have worked as a caregiver for people with developmental disabilities, alongside my background as a practical nurse. Supporting others has shaped my deeply human approach to wellbeing.
My journey has continued through studies in Yin Yoga, holistic yoga practices, EFT tapping, sound healing, and traditional Finnish sauna culture. I am also a certified sauna yoga instructor and trained in cupping therapy, currently deepening my path as a traditional sauna practitioner.
All of this comes together in my work — where nature, body, and senses meet.
This is not just what I do.
It is who I am.
