Sauna-Sanna
Nature has been a grounding place for me since childhood. Its stillness and rhythm have guided me, and have found their way into what I do today.

I'm Sanna, a 43-year-old mother of three from
Keuruu. My background is in care work: I'm a practical nurse and have worked
for over 13 years with people with intellectual disabilities. Meeting and
supporting people has shaped the way I work — with humanity and presence.
Yoga became a turning point on my path. It
opened up an understanding of calming the nervous system, connecting with the
body, and the healing power of touch. My journey has continued through yin
yoga, holistic yoga, EFT tapping, and sound bowls, leading to the Finnish sauna
tradition. I am a trained Traditional Sauna Healer, a certified sauna yoga
instructor, and a trained cupping practitioner.
All of this comes together in my work, in the
place where nature, body, and the senses meet. It isn't just what I do. It's
who I am.
The Story of Aistien Keho
In Finland's forests and by its lakeshores, the
sauna has always been a place of recovery. Long before today's wellness
culture, Finns turned to the sauna to pause, breathe, and care for their
bodies. The sauna has never been just for washing. It's a place to return to
the body's own, natural rhythm.
From this age-old tradition, Aistien Keho was
born. I bring the old Finnish sauna tradition into the present: experiences in
which the senses awaken and the nervous system is allowed to calm. In these
treatments, the essential elements of Finnish sauna culture come together: heat
and löyly, the healing touch of the whisk, the scents of nature, breath, sound,
and silence.
More than wellness — this is a journey of the
senses. A return to something simple, yet deeply meaningful: presence and a
grounding connection to the body.
Welcome to experience the traditions of the north, close to nature, in Central Finland.
